The KTI Practical Guides and accompanying Model Agreements are designed to be suitable for transactions between commercial companies and Irish research performing organisations (RPOs). The Guides explain common terms in the Agreements and considerations that might apply. Each Guide contains annotated Model Agreements with commentaries on key drafting points to help in drafting and negotiation. The Model Agreements are offered as a starting point for drafting and discussion. The Model Agreements are also provided in a ‘clean’ form Word document, ready to download and use.
