New Grow Digital Voucher: €5,000 to Boost Your Business with Digital Solutions

20th September 2024

Businesses are being urged to go digital with the newly launched Grow Digital Voucher, offering up to €5,000 to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Minister Dara Calleary TD, Minister of State for Trade Promotion, Digital and Company Regulation, made the announcement during his visit to the National Ploughing Championships, highlighting how the voucher supports small businesses in embracing innovative digital tools.

The Grow Digital Voucher helps businesses with up to 50 employees invest in various digital solutions, such as online booking systems, AI for stock control, payroll automation, and cybersecurity. Available through Local Enterprise Offices nationwide, this voucher replaces the previous Trading Online Voucher and now offers enhanced support for a wider range of digital needs, regardless of a company’s export status.

A key feature of the initiative is the **Grow Digital Portal**, a free tool developed by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment. Businesses can assess their digital readiness in just five minutes, receive a personalised scorecard, and get recommendations to improve efficiency. The portal also showcases case studies of companies that have successfully transformed through digital adoption, providing inspiration and insights.

Minister Calleary commented:

"This voucher will help businesses modernise operations and stay competitive. The Grow Digital Portal provides businesses with an easy-to-use toolkit, offering support, resources, and access to success stories from companies across Ireland."
