What is Teagasc

Teagasc (the Agriculture and Food Development Authority) is the national body providing integrated research, advisory and training services to the agriculture and food industry and rural communities. It offers state-of the-art scientific expertise and research services for industry (primarily the food industry), using world-class facilities and equipment. Engagement ranges from basic consultancy services to large scale collaborations. Teagasc also offers training for the food
industry.
